Oh yeah and I'm using IE.

Tonight I tried my first workout and it was awesome, except for one minor thing. When I set how many reps then it repeats the videos until those amount of reps are used which is way cool...but there isn't a break in between exercises to allow for set-up of the other exercise. I was assuming that once we hit the play button we were supposed to follow along through all the reps, but it's hard to get set-up for the next exercise. Do you recommend adding another "rep" as a break to get ready for the next exercise. Or are most of you just pausing the videos in between one exercise to the next. Hope that makes sense. Not a big deal, but something to think about I suppose.

Great job guys...I really like it and had fun using it tonight. I especially like how I can pick a certain type of prop (ball, weights, or nothing) and also how the exercises are broke down into body parts...way cool!!!

In my case I just started about 3 weeks ago and I've lost about 5 pounds. However, pounds is not all that I've accomplished by joining this site. I've met tons of people who are struggling with the same thing that I am. There are awesome how to exercise videos, diet information videos, and great groups to join. There are tons of tools on this website that help you get closer to whatever goal you have set for yourself.

Some of the results that I've experienced since I've started has been a lift in my mood. Sure I get into a funk from time to time, but I suppose that par for the course!!! I've lost a few pounds, but more importantly I think I've lost inches too. I've been delving deeper into the habits that keep me going back to the my old ways. I've met some great people who are encouraging and inspiring.

So, I guess I am getting results. :)
