Ingredients
  • 1 pound halibut
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1-2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Separate (or cut) fish into 4 pieces. Place fish in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan.
  3. Combine spices in a small bowl.
  4. Sprinkle herb mixture and lemon juice evenly over the fish.
  5. Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
