Ingredients - 1 egg
- 1/2 cup nonfat milk
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated reduced fat cheese (any variety)
Instructions - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups (spray with cooking spray).
- Bake for 1 hour, or until temperature in center of meat loaf is 160 degrees.
- Cool slightly before removing from muffin cups. Serving Size: 2 muffins.
