Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 pound extra lean ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup grated reduced fat cheese (any variety)

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Spoon mixture into greased muffin cups (spray with cooking spray).
  3. Bake for 1 hour, or until temperature in center of meat loaf is 160 degrees.
  4. Cool slightly before removing from muffin cups. Serving Size: 2 muffins.
